Ingredients Require

  • 2 Potatoes
  • 1/2 capsicum
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoon corn flour
  • Salt as your taste
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 green chili
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Boil the Potatoes

Wash the sweet potato properly and keep it on the stove to boil it. After the potatoes become soft then peel it and gather it in a bowl.

Make the blend

Mash them appropriately. Add finely chopped onion, capsicum, green chili, salt, black pepper powder and refined flour. Blend well and make dough.

Make balls of Dough

Blend corn flour with 1/4 cup water to set up slurry. Make small balls from the dough and put them on a plate. Dip the balls in slurry, coat them with breadcrumbs and deep fry them in hot oil. Fry until they become golden in color.
